The winning auctions will appear on the respective portal site as Featured Auctions from Monday September 11th, 2023 until September 18th, 2023. They will also be included in the weekly newsletters. ** Only auctioneers that are a part of a specific state portal will be able to win the first three featured auction spots on that portal. Spots 4, 5, and 6 are guest spots and open for out of state bidding. I.E.: An auctioneer from Florida cannot win and have their auction featured on the first three spots on Texas.hibid.com portal because they are not a member of the Texas state portal. They would be required to bid on spots four, five or six. If you place bids on the first three featured spots for a state portal that you are not a member of, your bids will be declined and the featured spot will be offered to the backup bidder.** ** Winning bidders will be charged for ALL spots that are won.
