This is an online auction only. United Country Cerny Land Home and Auction is auctioning a 160 acre (+/-) crop farm with hunting possibilities located south of Plymouth NE. This farm is currently being leased. New owners will have the option to keep the lease as is or contract a new lease for the 2025 planting season. This farm consists of 125 acres of row crop farming and approx 35 acres of hunting ground for a total of 160 acres (+/-). There are some older outbuildings on the property and a small well for water. Seller has no knowledge about the well or it's working condition.
