This auction includes an Oliver tractor, wood splitter, canoes, hunting items, fishing equipment, furniture, collectibles, art prints, & household. This auction has a 15% buyers premium. All online auctions are taxable. If a bidder is tax exempt, they must email their tax exemption form to mark@lakecountrysales.com before bidding. If you have any technical problems with your bidder account (registering, changing passwords, etc), please call technical support at 844-775-4774. Please read auction terms and conditions. All new bidders to Lake Country Sales auctions are put into pending. Lake Country Sales will call bidder to go over terms. Once bidder has been approved, bidding rights will be activated. Lake Country Sales will not approve any new bidders to the platform during the auction closing process. All bidders are responsible for viewing and inspection of items prior to bidding. Once you bid on items, you enter a legal binding contract to purchase that item. Payment for this auction will be by credit card that was entered at registration. At conclusion of auction, buyer's credit card on file will be charged the hammer price + 15% buyers premium + applicable sales tax. All bidders are responsible for viewing & inspection of items prior to bidding. Once you bid on items, you enter a legal binding contract to purchase that item. Pictures cannot show true condition over personal inspection. Buyer inspection is important and it is buyer's responsibility to verify all information. Once you place a bid, it cannot be retracted.
11a PAYMENT TERMS
Lake Country Sales will charge winning bidder's credit card on file at the conclusion of the auction. This is the credit card used at registration for auction. CASH ONLY is form of payment for Lots #1, #3, & #10. If payment does not go through, winning bidder will receive an email with the invoice to pay WITHIN 4 HOURS after the close of the auction by credit card. If not paid in advance of pick up, bidder will lose bidding rights.

11d PICK UP INFORMATION - PLEASE READ
The pick up for this auction is ONE DAY ONLY, BY APPOINTMENT! Pick Up is on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 from early morning until early evening. A link will be emailed with your invoice to sign up for a time. Please follow this schedule. If you cannot come during this time, DO NOT BID! If you do not get an invoice email, please call us as soon as possible. Waiting until last minute of pick up to call and say that you did not get the link to sign up for pick up is not an excuse for not picking up your items. It is buyers responsibility to schedule pick up. Lake Country Sales cannot read people's minds & know that buyer forgot or did not get email. Many times our emails are blocked by other email providers and are considered spam. Please add "mark@lakecountrysales.com" as a trusted contact. If you come outside of your scheduled time, you may be told to reschedule an appointment or you will have to wait until all other buyers present are finished picking up their items. The purpose of scheduled pick ups is to help avoid missing buyer's items or damaging items by other people in a hurry! Buyer is responsible for loading their own items. Please bring help for loading. Lake Country Sales staff will not help load items. If items are damaged during loading, Lake Country Sales will not be liable.
