All buyers must pay for their purchases in full within the day of auction. Rowley Auctions, LLC. accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Major Credit Cards, PayPal, Cashier's Check, Personal or Company Checks. Any checks valued at $1,000.00 or more will be held by Auction Company until check clears, unless know by the auctioneers. All out-of-state checks must be accompanied by an irrevocable Bank Letter of Guarantee, unless known by the auctioneers. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the bidder/buyer at time of payment and the bidder/buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time.
