Buyer's Premium:
--> A 15% buyer's premium is added to the final bidding price.
--> Please note we charge a minimum of $2 commission on every invoice.
Shipping:
--> Shipping within Canada and the USA is at the buyer's expense. Items will NOT BE SHIPPED WITHOUT PAYMENT.
--> Some items may not qualify for shipping.
Item Condition:
--> All items are sold as is, with no guarantee as to year or condition.
--> Make, model, serial number, and year are provided as guidelines and may not always be correct, but are listed to the best of Willy's Auctions' knowledge.
--> Items purchased are AS IS and there are NO RETURNS/REFUNDS for any reason.
--> NOTE: Other content that may be visible in a photo and NOT part of the description is NOT included in the lot - we will do our best always to identify this. Please inquire PRE AUCTION if you have any questions concerning lot content.
Pick-up:
--> We will email invoices with a calendar link to schedule pickups.No pickups are available ONE DAY POST AUCTION. Emails or phone call with these requests will be ignored.
--> Pickup location --> Oakbank, MB (Note some auctions are mobile and this location pickup may change)
Alternate Bidding Methods:
--> In addition to online bidding, we accept bids via phone, email, and text, as well as in-person floor bids for last-minute submissions.
--> Phone Bids: We do accept phone call bids during the auction, including maximum bids if applicable. Your bid will only qualify with our confirmation.
--> Email Bids: We do accept email bids during the auction, including maximum bids if applicable. Your bid will only qualify with our confirmation.
--> Text Bids: We do accept text message bids during the auction, including maximum bid if applicable. Your bid will only qualify with our confirmation.
--> In-Person Floor Bids: We do accept last minute bidding entries, please attampt to register as soon as possible. Your bid will only qualify with our confirmation.
General Conditions:
--> All bids are binding and subject to our standard terms and conditions.Bidders are responsible for the accuracy of their bids.
--> No RETURNS OR REFUNDS.
-->ALL BIDS ARE FINAL. If you enter a legally binding bid, ensure you intend to pay for your items. If you bid and do not pay you will be permanently blocked from future auctions and your HIBID score will be impacted with other HiBid Auctioneers.
--> Consignors are prohibited from bidding on their own items.
--> Willy's Auctions is not liable for errors or omissions in bids submitted via phone, email, or text.If a bid is declined, the previous highest bid will become the current bid.
