Any items not picked up within 30 days after any auction will be considered abandoned property and be resold without any compensation. If you make arrangements, (at our discretion) to pick up your merchandise at a different time or location, the following fees will apply. If you want to assure that additional lots of the same item are available, you must call to ask us. If you bid on a lot , you are required to pay for it regardless of whether additional lots are available. If we do have the same flooring you bought at the Auction and you wish to purchase more we will honor the price of your winning bid from the Auction. We do not ship items.
