Pickup times are specific, please ensure you can picup on dates/times specified. Due to limited space we cannot store items for you. By placing a bid, the bidder is satisfied with the examination or description of items. 5. The bidder understands that 15% GST/HST Tax and a 15% Buyers Premium will be added to their invoice. 6. All invoices are emailed to winning bidders within 6 hours of the auction's close with the details of pickup location, and hours. All Bidders must first complete the New Bidder Information form as provided. All Bidders are required to provide valid credit card information in order to register for this auction. ***Please note that your credit card WILL NOT be charged unless you are the successful bidder.*** Bidders have the option of setting a maximum bid amount allowing the auction software system to automatically bid on their behalf to the next highest bid increment. Soft Close: In the event that a bid is placed on an item in the final minute of the auction sale, the auction for that item will automatically be extended and remain open for an additional 1 minute. This will continue until all bidding has ceased. We make every attempt to ensure that all photographs & descriptions are accurate and error free. **ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS.
