4. Animals must be removed from the fairgrounds between Sunday, August 8, 2021, 8:00pm and Monday, August 9, 2021, 9:00 am
5. Animals are held at the seller's risk until Monday, August 9, 2021 at 9am, After that time, the buyer assumes all risks and responsibility
Dairy Beef Feeder Terms and Conditions:
1. All sales are bona fide sales for cash or check.
2. Each buyer must pick up their sales slips and make settlement in the sales office any time during the auction or immediately at the close of the sale.
3. All animals were weighed on Monday, August 2, 2021, by electronic scales witha bonded weigh master.
4. Animals are to be removed from the grounds on Sunday, August 8, 2021 8:00 - 11:00pm
Dairy Promotion Baskets Terms and Conditions:
1. Cheese Baskets are sold by the basket, not by the pound.
2. Online purchases will be held and refridgerated until Friday, August 6, 2021 at Noon.
3. Online purchases can be picked up Friday, August 6, 2021, at the main gate on 225 Lee Ave from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

1. For the convenience of our buyers, this year's auction will be a live simulcast auction offering online bidding. For more information, please visit www.columbianacountyfair.com
2. Acceptable forms of payment include cash and check.
3. Market lambs will sell by the pound times the live weight.
4. Market lambs are a partial terminal auction,meaning that ONLY Grand & Reserve Champions are terminal.
5. Market Lambs were weighed by a certified weigh master on August 2, 2021
6. Load out and pickup times will be August 8, 2021 and August 9, 2021. After 11:00 am on August 9th, the buyer assumes all risks and responsibilities.
7. If you are interested in purchasing a lamb to support our youth and for purposes of advertising but DO NOT WISH TO TAKE POSSESSION OF THE ANIMAL you purchased please contact the sales office to learn more about donating the animal or resale.
