All bidding is open to the public. You must, however, register to bid. The property has not been surveyed for this auction. If the purchaser desires a survey, it will be at the purchaser's option & expense. If an actual survey shows a greater or lesser number of acres or square footage, it will not affect your purchase or the purchase price. Auctioneer may solicit back-up purchase contracts from bidders. Such Back-up contracts are automatically in position to become the successful contract in case the first purchase contact fails to close.
Announcements made prior to auction sale take precedence over any and all printed material. Offer is made subject to changes and/or withdrawal.
This property is sold subject to seller's confirmation. Auctioneers have 12 hours to present the high bid offer to the seller for confirmation.
REAL ESTATE AGENT PARTICIPATION
We will coopperate with licesned Wisconsin real estate agents (must give evidence that they are a licensed Real Estate Agent/Broker), and a commission of 2.0% will be paid to any Real Estate Agent that brings the winning bidder - 2.0% commission is calculated based on the sale price of the house, not including the 6% buyers premium. Real Estate Agents must register with Favaro Auction Service with the name(s) and addresses of their Clients before their Clients register for on-line bidding or view the home/property.
Any names received after their client registers for on-line bidding or views the property, will not qualify for the 2.0% commission for that particular client. A lock box will be on the home for showings and an open house will be offered (date to be determined). Commissions are paid at closing.
