REGISTRATION: To register for this auction, you must create a user name and password. You agree that all information provided during the time of registration is true and accrate. You will be banned from participation in our on-line auctions should you provide any false information during the registration process. The Seller and Rothrock Auction LLC reserve the right to prelude any person from bidding if there is question as to the person's credentials, etc. When using the website, you must obey all local, state, and federal laws.
CREDIT CARD: In order to complete your registration, you must enter a valid credit card. To process your winning bid, the Auctioneer must have a valid credit card associated with your accont with sufficient funds available. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover cards.
BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY: You are bidding based on the description and photos provided. Carefully inspect the description and photos for condition and finsih. Information in brochures, catalogs, or other advertisements are form sorces believed to be reliable; however, potential bidders are urged to inspect the inventory to satisfy themselves as to condition. Neither the Auctioneer nor our client make any guarantees and are not responsible for listing or advertising inaccuracies or discrepencies. If you are not certian of the condition or suitability of a given item, please bid accordingly. Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, holes, etc. All items are sold as is, where is.
PHOTOS & DESCRIPTIONS: The Auctioneer regularly posts item descriptions and photographs to iad bidders in the bididng process. We make every effort to ensre that the descriptions and photos accrately represent the items being offered. You are bidding on items as they are described in the website, not as they appear in the photo. WARRANTY: All lots are sold "as is, where is", with all faults and no expressed or implied warranties. Bidder agrees everything is sold "as is, where is" and they may not return any item they purchase.
PAYMENT: Following the conclusion of the auction, winning bidders will be contacted by the auction company regarding method of payment. For on-line winning bidders, an internet fee of 10% will be added to the total of every on-line purchase.
PICK-UP /SHIPPING: It is the buyer's responsiblity to contact the auction company for the scheduling of pick-up or shipping arrangements. If an item is shipped it will be shipped through UPS or USPS. Buyer will be responsible for handing and shipping costs. Also it is recommended to request insurance coverage during shipping.
LIMITATIONS: These terms and conditions do not, nor are they intended to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship. These terms and conditions cannot be altered except in writing by the Auctioneer.
GOVERNING LAW: These terms and conditions will be governed by and constructed under the laws of the State of Illinois.
