If you are awarded the purchase of a titled vehicle today, you will need to understand the title process to transfer the title into your name: Options if you are Paying with Cash, Credit Card, Bank Wire or Check (with a confirmed Bank Letter of Credit): • Transfer the title today and take it with you. ( Donnie G. Boyer Company is the full title clerk on site) • Take the title with you and have your title agent transfer the title. (We just need to sign the title over into your name.) **IF VEHICLE IS "TITLE DELAY", THERE MAY BE A DELAY IN PROCESSING THE TITLE BY UP TO TWO WEEKS OR MORE.** If you are Paying today with check: • We will mail the title to you once your check clears within 10 business days. • Then you can salvage the vehicle or you can transfer the vehicle at your title agent • We will need the final name of the buyer to sign over the title.
