Method of Payment: All purchase must be paid in full by check, cash, Visa, Discover, American Express or Master Card. A buyer's premium equal to 15% will be applied to all winning bids. The buyer's premium percentage will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer, as part of the final purchase price. 7% sales tax will also be charged to all bidders unless the buyer possesses a sales tax exemption number that must be provided 24 hours prior to the close of the auction. An additional 3% fee will be charged to all purchases using a credit card. Payments not received by the final pickup time will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Removal: Items must be picked up on Tuesday October 1st from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, For additional removal times, arrangements must be made with the Auctioneer.
