All Things Auction is not affiliated with any other online auction. • You, your employees, agents, and contractors, and or any other entity on whose behalf you accept these terms collectively fully recognize this. • By agreeing to these terms, you have accepted them by: Placing a bid, making a listing of items to be sold, and or using this site in any other manner, you are acknowledging this is an agreement with terms. • You are clarifying you are not a minor in any jurisdiction. • You affirm to be of legal age to able to form a binding contract. • You also claim you are not a person prohibited from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You have read and understand the terms of this agreement as presented. In doing so, you accept the terms and conditions of this user agreement and all agreements incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to any term of this agreement You are prohibited and instructed to not use this auction site for any reason. All Things Auction makes every attempt to assure that all auction items are as represented. • Unlike other auctions, we inspect every piece that is being auctioned for damage and no repairs required. • All Things Auction understands the trust our sellers and buyers have in us, is way more valuable than any item auctioned on this site. • All Things Auction does not knowingly allow any item to be listed that needs repairs or is not working ,unless disclosed to the bidder. • Any seller who fails to disclose any defect, even without intentions to do so, before the auction will forfeit the item, and any funds will be given to a charity. • No Exceptions unless decided by All Things Auction alone. All bidders must keep a valid credit card on their account. • Failure to keep a valid card on your account will result in the account being blocked from bidding until the issue is resolved. Payments • We accept Cash, Debit and Credit Cards, Wire Transfers and ACH • We do not accept Personal Checks, Cashier Checks or Money Orders. Refund Policy • All bids are final. There are no refunds under any condition, unless approved by All Things Auction, which is based on each individual case. Internet Fee and Taxes: • A 15% Internet Fee will be charged to the successful bidder’s Invoice. This fee is designed to cover the internet auction cost. No tax will be charged unless required by the State of Alabama. Bidding: • We encourage all bidders to practice prudent bidding practices. Do your research before placing your bid, as all items are sold “as is” and “where is” with no warranties expressed or implied made by All Things Auction. Extended Bidding: • We are classified as a slow close auction. If a bid is placed in the last 2 minute(s) the auction will automatically extend for an additional 1 minute(s), until the highest bid is reached. (this prevents snipping in the last few seconds.) Winning Notification • The Winner of an item will be notified by email and instructions pertaining to payment processing and pickup times will be included. Collectible Cards Of Any Kind • Every bidder is given the opportunity to pre-inspect the card prior to bidding. • The Bidder can use whatever method they want to verify the authenticity, as long as it does not damage the card in any way. • All funds on pre graded or authenticated cards will be released upon notification item has been received. • Any Winning Bidder has the option of having the card authenticated at their expense prior to taking delivery. The Bidder has the choice of recognized professional card graders, 1. Beckett, 2. PSA, or SGC. . • If the Card auctioned is found to be as represented , regardless of grade value, the bid is considered to be final and non-fundable. • The Bidder has the option to decline the grading and will be required to send an email declining the option. Autographed Collectibles • Any winning bidder has the option of having the autograph graded for authenticity by a professional grader. The Winner will pick the grader at their expense. • The winning bidder has the option to decline the autograph grading. An email declining this option is required. Authorization to Pick Up Item • Every buyer is responsible for picking up their winning item according to the dates expressed for each auction. • Each winning bidder will be asked to show a photograph Id before any Item can be picked up. • In the event another person other than the person registered will be picking up the item, we must be notified beforehand. • The Registered person will be given a code number. The person approved by the bidder will be asked for that code number at the time of pick up plus photographed Identification. • Shipping, Packaging Cost: • The Goals is to have the item shipped within 48 hours after payment has cleared. • We will send you an estimate shipping cost with 2 business days.The cost to ship is based on the actual cost according to the bidder's zip code, packaging material, size and weight charged by the shipper. • The actual cost will be included in the Invoice total. • All items over $150.00 will be insured to match the value of the item shipped and paid by All Things auctioned not to exceed $1000 in value. • If you want to include insurance for any item under $150.00, we will include the insurance cost in the total bill. All items will be shipped with a tracking number and a return signature of acceptance. • Once confirmation the item has been received, the seller's funds will be released . • We are not responsible for any shipping cost or damage that may occur to the item during shipping. • If there are any issues pertaining to damage during shipping notify us immediately.
