This is the Personal Property from the Garrett Keyser Butler School System that is no longer needed. There are some very useful and unique items including a Scag mower, welders, attic ladder, shop tools, building trades supplies, cabinets, phone systems, electronics, printers, wifi, rechargable tools, assorted tables, chairs, high top chairs, Microbot Teachmover, other rotot related, 12" sliding compound miter saw, table saws, CNC training Center, motion detection, nailers, monitors, scaffolding, composting barrels, file cabinets, desks, work tables, and much more.
YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT TO BUY should you be the winning bidder. Absolutely NO REFUNDS. Littlejohn Auctions has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold 'AS IS' and it is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Please call with any questions prior to bidding. BUYER’s PREMIUM: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium added to the total. BIDDER PAYMENT - All accounts will be settled at the conclusion of the auction. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 4% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser’s failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Dekalb County, Indiana. MISSED BIDS - Internet bidding is provided as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Littlejohn Auctions if the Internet service fails during auction. FIREARM TRANSACTIONS will be handled by Auburn Arms at a charge of $25.00. payable to Auburn Arms by the buyer. All State and federal laws apply.
