You must be at least 18 years or older to bid in any of our auctions. There are no exceptions to this.
Credit card information must be provided prior to bidding.
**There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased**
Taxes will be collected at a rate of 8.25%.
*PAYMENT TERMS: We will accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discovery. Cash will be accepted ONLY on Sunday OCT 1,2023. Your credit card on file will be charged end of business day Sunday OCT 1, 2023, if in person payment has not been made by 3:00pm CST.
All merchandise is sold “As Is” and “Where Is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL. Once you have placed a Bid, your Bid can not be retracted. Bidding on any lot without the intent to pay all charges is deemed fraudulent. The buyer is responsible for checking all merchandise prior to leaving the property. -NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS ONCE AN ITEM LEAVES THE AUCTION PROPERTY.
Gran-E LLC reserves the right to remove any item(s) from a sale at any time for any reason.

Pick up customers will need to bring their own boxes and any packing supplies they think they will need. WE DO NOT HAVE BOXES OR PACKING SUPPLIES FOR PICK UPS.
SHIPPING: If you require shipping, please email erica@gran-e.com no later than 3pm on OCT 1, 2023 with confirmation of address to send item(s). Once we know the shipping cost, we will add the shipping and handling charges to your invoice and run the card provided during registration. Please note, this step can take 3-5 business days.
We will ship as many items as possible in one box. Your invoice will be charged the shipping rate AT COST + (PLUS) $5.00 PER ITEM for packing supplies and handling. Please note an item that does not qualify for shipping will be noted. We will do our best to pack items to limit as much breakage as possible. If a buyer opts for shipping, the buyer assumes responsibility of working with FedEx, USPS, or UPS in the event damage was done in transit. Gran-E LLC will not be responsible for, or play a mediator role, in the case damages are done during transit.
Items not picked up at the designated location within 14 calendar days will be forfeited and put back into inventory for resale. We have limited space and cannot hold sold items any longer than 14 calendar days. Possible suspension of bidding rights may occur at management's discretion if items are not picked up on designated days. There will be NO Refunds for the items left past 14 days. The buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up in a timely manner.
Indemnification: Buyer shall indemnify Gran-E LLC against any claims, damages, or liability (including reasonable attorney's fees) as a result of an injury or other harm suffered by any person and stemming from the sale, whether arising before, during, or after the sale. The buyer will not hold Gran-E LLC, its owners, affiliates or its employees, liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase.
Governing Law: The laws of the state of Texas govern this agreement. All lawsuits must be filed in Ellis County.
