The van has been babied its whole life, garaged, and rarely driven. The van is only displaying 89,000 miles from new which is believed to be original and very low milage for a van of this age. It was well optioned from new, with power steering, power brakes, tilt steering, air conditioning, cruise control, slide opening door and barn doors on the rear with pop out windows. The van has received a whole range of upgrades, the most notable of which is the "Lamborghini Yellow" paintwork by ‘Mr. Bill's’ in California. It also received a neat custom interior by El Kapitan Vans. The fit out in the back is neatly lined on the walls and headliner without any crazy set up in between. This allows you the freedom to make it whatever you wish in the back. The van was lowered by ‘Traders Trucks’ with KYB gas shocks, dropped spindles and lowered springs. The period look is completed with chrome Cragar Wheels, chrome side pipes and period correct fog lights. There is a big stereo set up with speakers neatly mounted into the rear walls and a touch screen, fold away Pioneer head unit in the dash. Recent upgrades include a reversing camera and central locking. We have actually known of this van for some time with Ben importing it back in 2018 for a customer in Victoria. When the car was sent to Victoria it went through the engineering process where the live side pipes were swapped for a full exhaust and converted to dummies, along with the front seats changed to black Belmonts with integrated lap sash retractable seat belts. The van still runs its original 305ci V8 engine and Turbo 350 automatic transmission. This makes for a fantastic cruiser especially with the power steering, power brakes and aircon. Great quality vans like this are extremely hard to find and this is one certainly has a cool 70’s custom flavour about it.
