All sales are FINAL and you are responsible for payment within 24 hours of auction close. There is a 15% buyers premium on this auction. There is a 4% additional convenience fee charged for all cards used. We attempt to verify and describe products to the best of our ability. There may be flaws, or damage. Descriptions may not be accurate even though we do our best. All Sales are final. There is NO preview due COVID to protect everyone. Pick up date will be day after auction from noon until 2pm only. Items MUST be picked up during this time. Items not picked up will be charged storage fee. You must be 18 years old to purchase shotguns. You must be 21 years old to purchase any other firearms. You CANNOT be a Felon to purchase firearms. You must be able to pass a background check to purchase firearms. Background checks will be done and firearms will be picked up at Iron and Wood firearms. Iron and Wood will charge a $20 non refundable fee for background checks. If you fail background check, you forfeit the firearm AND your payment for firearm. By bidding in our auction, the Bidder agrees and accepts that they have read and agree to the terms and Conditions of the auction in their entirety. Inspections are highly recommended prior to bidding NO REFUNDS ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR BY 2 PM SUNDAY, THE DAY AFTER OF AUCTION. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP AT SPECIFIED DATE AND TIME WILL BE CHARGED A STORAGE FEE OF $10 PER DAY. IF NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 3 DAYS, YOU WILL FORFEIT ITEM AND FUNDS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
