Pick up for this auction will be at the site of the auction, in Taylor Ranch, near Golf Coarse & Paseo Del Norte. The address will only be available to winning bidders and will be printed on your invoice. Pick-up will be by appointment only - Friday, September 29th and Saturday, September 30th, 2023 from 10 am to 3 pm. Visit Roadrunnerestateauctions.com, scroll to the bottom of the page to schedule your pick up appointment. Our clients are combining households and have decided to auction their excess furnishings. Please view photos and descriptions for condition. All lots are sold as-is with no reserves and no buy backs. Email Roadrunnerestateauctions@gmail.com with any questions. First lot will close at 6pm on Wednesday, September 27th. Each following lot will close at 10 second intervals. If a bid is placed with less than 2 minutes of the end time, 2 minutes will be added to the end time. Payment will be collected at the time of pick up 15% buyer premium when using a credit card 10% buyer premium when paying with cash Very limited shipping to the 48 states is available using USPS and UPS. We will figure exact costs and will send out secondary invoices by Friday to winning bidders needing shipping. Buyer pays all shipping fees. There are no handling or processing fees.
