Spencer Davis Auctions accepts Visa, Mastercard, approved check (certified funds preferred), money orders and cash. Local pick up is available September 26th and 27th from 9:30 to 3:30. All items must be paid before pick up. Items must be picked up during the scheduled window. Items left after September 27th will be considered abandoned property, which will be disposed of without liability to the defaulting bidder. All sales are final. A 20% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the highest bid as part of the purchase price, regardless of payment method. All lots sold “As Is”. Please note: unfortunately, the accuracy of lot descriptions cannot be guaranteed. Some lots eg. Walk-in refrigeration, cooking surfaces, plumbing, etc. are currently connected to utilities. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to uninstall these lots in a professional workman like manner.
