You WILL be charged a late fee of $50.00 (No exceptions unless you contact me at (559) 816-6580) if you do not pick your items up by Friday after auction closes. Any items not picked up by Friday after auction will have an added storage fee of $10 per week. You will also be sent to collections after 30 days if you have any unpaid invoices. Description
ALL bidders picking up AND paying for their items on Saturday (the day of auction) will receive a 12% buyer's premium. All bidders picking up Sunday and Monday after auction will have a buyer's premium of 15% when paying cash and 18% when paying by credit card. When picking up on Friday buyer's premium will be 22%.. We are closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Any items stored at auction house more than 1 week will have a $10.00 storage fee per week added to their invoice whether it's paid or not. Anyone paying after Friday will have a $50 additional late fee added to their invoice. We want to encourage everyone to pick up and pay for their items on Saturday, Sunday and Monday after auction closes to help us get the next auction up and running for you as soon as possible. Space is limited and we always get new items in. We have to be prepared for the next auction. This is an online only auction in which we will be selling tools, collectibles, household items, furniture, and much more. We have begun uploading our auction lots and will be adding additional lots throughout the week. Check back often to see what we have added.
-By registering in our auction you agree to the following terms -ALL bids are considered a binding offer to purchase and subject to collection action. -All purchases are due and payable at the end of the sale. -We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Cash, or Check. -No items are to be removed without proof of payment. -All items are sold "as is" and bidders are advised to examine items prior to bidding. -All successful bids are subject to a buyer's premium of 18% and a discount of 3% for cash on Sunday and Monday. You will be charged 22% when picking up items later than Monday after auction. A late fee of $50.00 will be added to your invoice if items are not picked up by the first Friday after auction. Any items left at auction house past Friday after auction will have an additional $10.00 storage fee added to their invoice per week. -Any items left longer than one week may be disposed of and you will still owe your invoice amount. -Storage Units must be cleared out by Monday 4pm following auction. A cleanout fee of $75 per unit will be assessed for any unit not cleared out by Monday 4pm. There is NO on-site disposal at storage facilities. -Storage unit winners MUST contact us on Saturday following the auction, or the unit may be offered to other buyers, This will not free you of your obligation to pay. -After 30 days, any unpaid invoices will be forwarded to Kings Credit Services for collection. -Any misunderstandings or disputes in the bidding will be settled by the auctioneer or authorized agent. -All sales are subject to California state sales tax unless the buyer has a resale number on file prior to purchase. -Buyers are expected to remove all purchased property by Monday following the auction day unless arrangements have been made with auction management. -Buyers purchasing with a business or personal check must have prior approval from auction management. -Pre-Approved checks are considered cash and discount of 3% applies. -The auctioneer, or Hanford Auction House disclaims liability for any injury or damage to any person or property resulting from any cause whatsoever occurring in or about the sale area or premises. -Hanford Auction House auctions reserves the right to add, change or remove lots, minimum bid and reserve amounts at the auctioneer's discretion without any prior notice to consignors, buyers and or bidders. Anything not expressly address in the terms and conditions is solely the decision and discression of Hanford Auction House management. PAYMENT IS DUE IMMEDIATELY AT END OF AUCTION. We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Cash, or Check as payment.
As per our auction registration requirements, we are open for pickup Saturday 1pm to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 2pm, Monday 10am to 5pm. We are closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Any items picked up later than Friday (Preview & Final Pickup) will have an additional $50.00 Storage/Late fee added. Each week items are left without pickup will also have an additional $10 per week added. (This also included items paid for by phone) Each week we have new items coming in to our warehouse and space is limited. We will ship smaller items via USPS or UPS for a fee of $10+ actual shipping cost. Shipping may take up to one week to process. We will send out a square.com payment invoice, once shipping has been added and calculated. Larger items must be picked up at the auction site or at off-site location (Storage units, Estates) Location of off-site items will appear in the extended description of each lot *Pickup times at off-site locations are limited and critical as some properties are changing hands. We do not deliver.
