No swapping permitted - you pay for what you buy using your bidding number. If any buyer leaves any item bought using their identity behind, they are liable under the terms of this agreement. PICK UP TIMES: Tuesday September 19, the day of sale after all the Final results are confirmed until 5 PM, also Wednesday, September 20 from 10 AM until 4 PM, Thursday, September 21, from 10 AM until 4 PM, and Friday, September 22, from 10 AM until 1 PM AT WHICH TIME ANY ITEMS NOT PAID FOR OR REMOVED FROM THE PREMISIS, WILL REVERT TO THE SELLER and at that time will be sold at an IMMEDIATE LIVE PUBLIC AUCTION ONSITE at 1 PM Friday September 22 and must be removed by 5 PM. Any separate arrangements made outside of the hours described herein will incur a $25.00 special arrangements fee, mentioned above, along with any other special costs incurred. NO SHIPPING IS OFFERED! Buyers are responsible for making their own arrangements for picking up items bought under their registration within the dates and times announced, or by special arrangements at the Auctioneer's discretion and additional fees. There are several local shippers in the area that buyers may contact to have the items picked up and delivered at the buyer's expense. Any shipper must present a paid invoice for the items being picked up or the items will not be released. Buyers MUST pick up ALL items bought under their registration during the days and times announced, otherwise the items left will revert to the seller for disposal and a $25.00 fee will be assessed and billed to the Buyer for not removing ALL items bought at the Sale under their registration, or, additionally, any special arrangements made with the Auctioneer for other times outside these advertised dates and times. The Seller reserves the right to accept below and above any stated reserve, otherwise all sales are Absolute. The Auctioneer reserves the right at the direction of the seller to remove items, add items, change terms, or items at any time prior to their Sale to the best benefit of the Buyer and the Seller, or to settle any disputes or correct mistakes.
