Bring help if needed for loading.   PAYMENT: Payment to be made at pickup on October 14th 2023 at the property address (465 Riverview Dr. Liberty, KY. 42539) by cash, check or debit/credit card. If paying with card there will be a 3% processing fee added to your total. If paying with the card used to register please bring that card with you at pickup. CURRENCY TYPE: USD SOFT CLOSE: Closing will begin on October 12th @ 6:00 P.M. EDT with 15 second intervals between each lot. If an item receives a bid within the last 2 minutes, then the close time will be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to extend for 2 minutes with each newly placed bid and the property will not close until 2 minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity.
