This Auction will consist of NEW in-the-box overstock, packaging damaged, and some customer returns inventory from Amazon. Items will include mattresses, furniture, computers, lawn tools, ladders, home decor, toys, cleaning supplies, electronics, household goods, and other general merchandise. We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Please note that SOME customer returns have been added to the auction. If it is a customer return it will be noted in the listing. All customer returns have been tested for functionality. All customer returns have a 3-day return policy. Bid accordingly and bid with confidence.
Terms and conditions Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and bidding on auctions hosted by ATX Auctions Delta. UPDATED PAYMENT NOTICE: Due to the number of lots and bidders we will be charging all cards on file at the conclusion of the auction. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. You may pick up your winning items on Friday, Sept 29th, from 10:00 AM until 5 PM Closed Saturday. Monday Oct 2nd 9-5 and Tuesday Oct 3rd, 9-3. SHIPPING If you require shipping we will follow this process. At the conclusion of the auction, you will be auto-billed for your winning lots, including the BP and any tax due. The following Tuesday we will begin to ship all out-of-state items unless other arrangements have been made. We will then charge your card on file for the shipping charges. If you would like to arrange your own shipping please let us know at the conclusion of the auction. We use USPS, & FedEx. We will use the cheapest shipping method possible. If you would like to request a specific shipping method please let us know before the conclusion of the auction. Delivery to Richfield ATX Auction sites for 10% of total order. If your order total is less than $200.00 your minimum delivery fee will be $20.00. Also delivery available to Payson UT at the same rate.
