CATALOGUE ERRORS & OMISSIONS: If a description does not match a picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. All items are sold on an (as is) where is basis, with all faults. If you cannot produce a valid PAL for pickup, you will still be obligated to pay for any items you bid on that require the license but will not be allowed to remove the items. All gun and gun related items including those that require a PAL must be picked up in person. There will be no shipping offered on gun or gun related items. If you purchase a gun and/ or gun related item(s) and expect it to be shipped, you will still be obligated to pay for the item(s) and will not get it shipped. Item(s) will be forfeited and become Great West Property. OFF-SITE AUCTIONS: Off-site auctions are all auctions not held at the Great West Auction Building, 4066 Brigden Road, Petrolia, ON. All items must be picked up for off-site auctions. Failure to pickup will result in removal fees and it will become property of Great West.
