Orland Public Auto Auction Terms and Conditions-- 1. All Buyers must be 18 years old with a Photo ID, Driver's License, Or Passport 2. You must be register with OPAA to bid on any lots/vehicles 3. The buyer agrees to all the terms and conditions 4.The Buyer is responsible for all WINNING BID purchase price, including DMV fees, Document Fees, Licenses fees, Smog fees, Buyers fees, and taxes (taxes depend on where Buyer resides) 5. There is a 15% Buyers fee applied to all bids won 6. All vehicles are sold ‘AS-WHERE IS ‘we make no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature whatsoever in respect of the lots(vehicles) in our auction. We make no guarantee as to the authenticity, of any age, year of manufacture, model, make, mileage, hours, condition, or defect of any lot or item being sold. You are responsible to preview and inspect inventory so that you know what you are buying. Failure to do so does not negate the Buyers responsibility to perform under OPAA auction terms and conditions. 7. A HOLD will be place on the Buyers credit card at time of registration. 8. The Buyer has 48 hours to pay in full for the vehicle, and the Buyer has 7 days to pick up the purchased vehicle after the auction has closed. If vehicle is not picked up within the 7 days a $25.00 addition fee will be add per day; and must be paid at time of pick up. PAID-IN-FULL receipt must be presented at time of pick up. 9. It is the Buyers responsibility to remove all vehicles purchased in the auction. Help is provided, but only as a courtesy. The Buyer assumes all risk and responsibility for loading and removal of all purchased vehicles. 10. Addition fees above and beyond sales price and 15% Buyers fees is as follows: A: $65.00 Document fee B. $ 58.00 Smog fee (if applicable) C. License fee determined for individually per vehicle. D. DMV to be determined individually per vehicle. E. Taxes to be determined by city that the Buyer resides. 11. California law does not a “Cooling Off” or cancellation period for vehicles. Therefore, you cannot later cancel a contract simply because you changed you mind, decide the vehicle costs too much, or wished you acquired another vehicle. 12. We also give the option to BUY IT NOW…ONLY AT OUR FACILITY, during any On Going Sale, or Up Coming Sale. The BUY IT NOW OPTION stops the last day of all IN PROGRESS SALE during THE LAST 24 HOURS OF SALE. 13. Once Bidding has end and the auction closes, we will get in touch with you thru EMAIL, PHONE, or TEXT with you next steps forward to completing your purchase. 14. If the RESERVE is not met the vehicle will NOT be sold in the ON LINE AUCTION…In this case we are giving the BIDDER/PUBLIC the option to BUY IT NOW at a at our facility. 15. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ANY BIDS WON OR LOST, DURING OR AFTER THE CLOSEING OF ANY SALE, FOR ANY REASON.
