* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults; all sales final. * All descriptions believed accurate but not warranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. * Watches may be serviced, some crowns/crystals replaced, some show presentation engravings. * Applicable taxes: GST 5%, PST 7% on items totaling over $100 including buyer's premium. * Buyer's premium rate charged: 15% * Payment types that we accept: MasterCard, Visa, Debit, cheque and cash. *Payment required within 48 hours of invoice. *UNPAID INVOICES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE 48 HOURS AFTER ISSUING. *Pickup within six weeks or rights forfeited. * Required time of pickup/checkout: at the appointed times, otherwise by arrangement and with pre-payment * Packing and shipping via UPS, charged at cost. * We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
