We guarantee each item with a 20% restocking fee. Item must be damaged or not work. Some will be used returns. you must return before you take item home. Guarantee ends when you take item in your car and leave premises. If you are having items shipped and item is too expensive to ship you can abandon for 50% or value. All items are a mix of New overstock, open box returns ( used and new). some may have damage. returns from amazon customers have to happen within 30 days so it is difficult to really damage item. We are not amazon. 18% buyers premium for all credit cards. 10% buyers premium for those who pay by zelle or venmo or cashapp. 7.5% buyers premium for those who spend over $500 or more and dont pay by credit .card. 5% buyers premium for those who spend $1000 or more and pay without credit card. any late payments or late pickups will pay full 18% buyers premium regardless of payment type and will not be eligible for any promotions or giveaways. Total for discount is bid price only. Any discount will be reduced to lower tier with any returns as they reduce your bid total. Pickup is by appointment only you will self schedule with google calendar link after auction ends. We encourage us to let us ship your items. If temperatrue is above 90 degrees. Please bring cash tip on pickup day( not required but we suggest $5 for our sweat and torture for your convenience. we will have morning and late evening appointments 3-5 days post auction. 7am to 11am and 7 pm to 10pm. All pickups outside these hours will require a $10 custom appointment fee. ( especially when hot.) No pickups without appointment. $25 for unscheduled appointments. All bids start at 20-25% of retail. We are mom and pop and cant afford to start auctions at $5 until our auction turn profit. Stock photos are for represtation only no indication of condition. Most will be in original box but few will be in nonoriginal box. You agree and allow us to charge card on file for auction related purchases for items you bid on including bid price buyers premium tax and any related late fees storage fees no show charges and missed appointment fees. You agree that you will not file chargebacks with credit card . you acknowledge that all refunds will be given as future auction credit. No cash refunds or refunds to credit card. Bidder assumes all risks. Items sold as-is with no guarantee. We do offer a 20% restocking fee if item is tested before loading in automobile. Once you take item and leave premises the guarantee ends. We will refund you your bid amount and tax minus a 20% restocking fee. We will add up bid price plus buyers premium and deduct 20% and keep that amount as a relisting/ restocking fee. Bidder will receive the remainder as future auction credit to be used in future auctions. Only at the sole discretion of auctioneer can the remining amount be refunded as cash or credit back to credit card on file or by venmo or zelle. Only refunds will be for items we list but do not have ( item was on manifest but not in actual inventory) If the auctioneer does not list another auction within 30 days of credit issued we will refund the remaining amount by venmo or zelle. Bidder will have 6 auctions to use credit after 6 completed auctions if the bidder does not use auction credit the bidder agreesto abandon any credits issued. Any credit will be noted on bidders invoice. Bidder must retain proof of credit by picture of invoicesigned and initialled by Jon or shara Hopkins. If proof of credit is lost no credit will be issued and bidder will not be refunded. Additional fee schedule late payment- full Buyers premium of 18% applies plus $10. ( if bidder received a lower buyers premium through a promotion or by higher bid amount their discount will be removed and bidder agrees to payfull regular buyers premium of 18%. Missed scheduled pickup time- $10 if bidder comes at another scheduled time. if bidder returns at unscheduled time or after pickup scheduled time on another day the fee will be $25. Storage feesitems will have a $10 a day storage fee for 5 or fewer lots $15 a day for 6-10 lots, $20 a day for 11-15 lots. $25 a day for 15+ lots or bulky large lots greater than 40 lbs or 70 inches total of length width and height. abandonment fee. If a bidder afterpickup time does not pickup and pay late fees within 2 days after scheduled pickup times the items will be considered abandoned and no refund or credit will be given. Item will not be released until all late fees abandonment fees pickup fees and storage fees are paid in full. If a bidder files a chargeback or does not pay invoice and auctioneer or representitive has to file small claims suit the bidder agrees to pay all court cost and filing fees. plus time at a rate of $100 per court appearance if allowed by law. All late and storage fees will continue until 2 weeks or maximum or reasonable time amount allowed by law or when items is relisted or resold. Interest of 10% for all unpaid invoices or the maximum allowed by state rules will accumulate until court date. Bidder agrees that jusrisdiction will be in the county of residence orfauctioneer, Montgomery county Texas. and any dispute jurisdiction will be in the state of texas in montgomery county Do not bid unless you intend to pickup and pay promptly. You will be reported to hibid and you allow us to post bad bidder info to any online format or social media. bidder also authorizes us to submit any unpaid debt to collection agency and report to your credit profile as allowed by law. You agree that by placing a bid you agree to pay and will reimburse all cost associated with payment recovery including collecting processing court fees service fees and sheriff service fees. Late fees and storage fees will continue for 2 weeks for all unpaid items and will be added to your auction total to be collected. After 2 weeks you will abandon items and unpaid invoices will be sent to collection agency and or taken to small claims to recover funds due. You understand all above terms and agree to abide by them. We will not be harassed cursed at threatended or abused. Thank you for bidding and conforming to our bidding rules. Shiiping expenses are the sole responsibility of the bidder. Bidder will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for any reason.
