1. All items sold as is/where is. No warranty expressed or implied. All sales are final with no returns. 2. Buyer assumes full responsibility for items upon "fall of the hammer". 3. Auctioneer, auction company, employees of auction company, subcontractors, or partners of any kind assume no liability for customer's losses of any kind due to customer's participation in this auction including theft, fire, acts of God, accidents of any kind, and any other reason not specified. 4.
