Auction Terms & Conditions: Jim Keebaugh Auctioneering has made every effort to represent all items as accurately as possible, but we make absolutely NO garantees or warranties of any kind, all items are sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" and "HOW IS. We reccomend that you inspect any and all items prior to bidding. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have exaamined the items to their satisfaction. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. There are no REFUNDS on purchases. You agree to pay a buyer's premium of 10% for all purchases paid for by cash (USD) or check. A 15% Buyers premiun on all purchases paid for by Credit Card. Any item needed to be shipped, contact Jim 814-617-0355. All shipping and insurance fees will be added to the invoice. A $5.00 handling and packaging fee will be added to your invoice per package for your purchases. Exact change or good check will be needed at pick-up. Your credit card can be charged before you arrive for pick-up if needed. Please call if you want your credit card charged prior to pick-up. If an item is not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up time, the buyer's charge card will be charged for the full invoice total and the 10% buyer's fee and 5% card fee along with the shipping fees that apply to the item(s). Large Items are PICK - UP ONLY! If your bidding on Breakables or glassware, please be aware of the risks involved with shipping. We will absolutely try our best to avoid damage to your new purchases. There is a TWO DAY SCHEDULED PICK-UP, however if you need a different day or time PLEASE call Jim 814-617-0355. All large pick-up only items must be picked up within 3 days of the completion of the auction or the items will become the property of Jim Keebaugh Auctioneering even after the items have been paid for by Credit Card. You must make arrangements for pick-up. Payment details: Payment must be made at scheduled Pick-Up Day so we can close the Auction. All items must be picked up and removed from the premise within 3 Days!!!! Payment Terms: * Cash (USD) or Approved Check upon pick - up * Credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, & Discover, American Express) (subject to 5 % fee) * Money order, certified check, approved personal or business check with proper identification. *PA Sales Tax is 6%.
