Responsibility for proper nomenclature and identification of Auction merchandise is the responsibility of the bidder. All Auction items are sold “AS-IS”, “WHERE-IS”, “WITH ALL FAULTS and DEFECTS THEREIN.” There is no guarantee as to merchantability by Auctioneer or Owner. The auctioneer reserves the right to remove, or add to any Auction items on this list up until Auction time. Items not picked up in the pickup period will become the property of the auctioneer and will be disposed of at their discretion. Bidders are strongly advised to inspect items prior to purchase.
