This is a pickup and shipping available auction. Invoices will be sent through square and will be due immediately. We will only charge the cost of the shipping and there is not a fee for packing. Only the bidder's on-file shipping address will be used. Shipping payment will be charged separate from auction invoice through square and will forfeit all items and payment if payment is not received. Items will be relisted or sold to the next highest bidder. All items are sold as is, where is, no warranty and no guarantee as to condition. We do our best with photos to show condition and let you know of any flaws. Minor flaws may not be seen. When customer enters a bid, he enters a binding contract by the laws and statues in the state of Texas. Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to this tax. Buyers shall indemnify Tex's Treasures against any claims, damages, liability as a result of any harm or injuries suffered during the process of this sale. All items are offered to the highest bidder. All sales are final and no refunds will be made. The Texas state flag Men's, Boy's, and Infant swim trunks lots are having some bleeding of the red color into the white. We have separated many of them but some may still be present or might bleed before auction. We have noticed that if you wash them, the red does dissipate.
