This is where we will invoice from. You will be notified within 24 hours of conclusion of the auction as to what item you've won. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file. NO CASH OR CHECKS ACCEPTED on day of pickup. All items will be charged to the credit card on file with Hibid. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $5 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS! TAX: 6% SC Sales tax will be charged on all other items if you live in the boundaries of SC unless you have a SC Sales Tax number on file. T&C: Items may have public or private reserves set by the Auctioneer prior to the close of the item. The bidder agrees to relinquish any claims of ownership after 7 days from the conclusion of the auction unless updated consideration is agreed upon by the Auctiion firm within the 7 day window. If an item has not been picked up, or claimed for shipping (instate bidders) by the winning bidder within 7 days of the the conclusion of the auction, the auction frim may chose to puruse any and all legal collection efforts. In lieu or additionally the Auction firm may chose to take ownership back from the bidder of the items. Out of state bidders will have items shipped automatically unless you plan to drive and pickup. If you are instate and need your item shipped please let me know at completion of the Auciton. By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms and condition of the auction. All sales Are Final. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. We reserve the right to add or delete items prior to the final hammer. . The Auctioneer shall not be held responsible for any 'missed' bids The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person. The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser. The winning bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the Auctioneerin for the collection of funds or disputes related to the lot in question. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month is added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Greenville County, South Carolina. All announcements made the day of auction take precedence over any and all written, verbal or electronic statements. Pick up Location: Leonard Trading LLC, 319 Garlington Rd. Suite D7. Greenville, SC 29615 For anyone wishing to send someone to pick up items on their behalf, please forward your winning item email and provide the name of the pickup contact. The pickup contact must show ID in order to release the item. SHIPPING: Any item ineligible for Shipping will be marked. In the event something can't be shipped that wasn't marked, the Auctioneer will give the option of a refund or extended pickup time to the bidder. Shipping will typically be done 7-10 business days after the conclusion of the auction.If you are out of state, your item will be shipped automaticaly unless you email me and advise otherwise. Shipping charges are actual charges plus a $2.50 handeling fee for 1 item and $4 for orders with 2 or more items. The objective is to keep shipping charges as low as possible with tracking and insurance as needed. If you are an in-state winning bidder and would like your item shipped, please reply to your winning item email to advise immediately upon completion of the auction. **ALL cards on file will be run within 24 hours of the auction closing.
