We sell items individually as well as by the pallet to accommodate to the resellers out there and most of these items are still in the box. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" WITH NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. All sales are final. Liquidation SA! Assuming no liability for errors or omissions in the listings we do our best to communicate defects of items to our customers but we do not know every item and thus cannot guarantee any descriptions or omissions. Items are available for inspection prior to bidding, and any bidder is solely responsible for personally inspecting the item or items and verifying any information presented here or elsewhere, before, during preview and upon pick up of item. Buyer Pays Exact Shipping and $5.00 Materials + $15.00 handling charge Payment MUST be made by credit card, Debit card only! All cards WILL be charged at the close of the auction. We are not accepting cash payments currently. ***IMPORTANT*** Please include in your notes if you will be requiring shipping for your items so that we may prepare your order as expeditiously as possible. We will provide weight and dimensions of box for you to purchase a UPS shipping label. We only ship through UPS and assess a $15.00 Handling fee. Buyer Pays Exact Shipping and $5.00 Materials + $15.00 handling charge Per box. (Some items are too large to fit in 1 package. We will try to fit it in one box to save you shipping costs but ultimately will charge on a per package basis if it is too large of an order to ship in 1 box. ***IMPORTANT*** SHIPPERS... You will be sent parcel dimensions and weight along with a Link to the UPS website no later than Tuesday following the auction end date, so that you may provide with a UPS label. UPS labels must be provided no later than the following Thursday from when the auction ended. Any labels not provided within this timeframe will result in forfeited items and recycled into the next auction. If you would like us to provide the UPS label for you, we will assess an additional $15.00 shipping label charge on top of the cost for the shipping of the items. Sales tax will be charged unless the buyer provides a proper tax exemption form prior to the close of the auction. Once the cards have been charged no corrections will be made. If we are unable to charge the card upon auction close we will take payment for your items via square and will assess a 4% convenience fee. If you are tax-exempt, you will be required to email a complete tax certificate to Support@liquidationsa.com. A copy of your Sales and Tax Use Permit and your driver's license will be required as well if it is not already on file with our office. There will be a 17% Buyer Premium on all items sold. We accept all major credit cards. A Paid invoice will be sent to your email address registered with Liquidation SA! after the sale concludes. Please have your invoice number handy when you come for pickup. By purchasing any item and or items in this auction, the buyer/bidder is acknowledging/accepting these terms. PICKUP will be by appointment. YOU NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT at the end of the auction or other arrangements agreeable to the seller if you have more than 5 items. If not picked up by Thursday Close of Business (18:00 CST) after the auction ends (or other arrangements agreed to), you will forfeit the item(s) with NO REFUND. Bidding Notice: All merchandise has been function tested to the best of our ability… you are responsible for testing your items. We offer shipping with a buyer-provided UPS label or local pick up.
