Description	We are offering an extensive Train Collection that has been 50 years in the making. The size and scope is nothing short of amazing. This auction will have Engines, Tenders, Cabooses, Rolling Stock, with most pieces having been customized. When we say customized, almost every piece in this auction has some level of customization added. The scenery, cars, accessories, will all make excellent pieces for your train lot. The buildings are incredible from the Steel Mill, the John Deere Factory, right down to the pawn shop. This auction is something you truly have to see to appreciate the work that went into making this lay out come alive. Its gonna be a great auction.

Written and oral descriptions are our opinions only, and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition, working condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. ACW Auctions attempts to catalog every lot correctly however, we will not be responsible or liable for the correctness of the catalog or other descriptions of the lot. Avoid buyers remorse: Study the photographs, ask questions, and/or inspect in person, (in-person inspections are by appointment only). We attempt to point out any issues we see but we do miss things. We do not accept returns for any reason. The auctioneer is not responsible for the condition of the items sold. The auctioneer is not an expert, Use your own judgment as to condition, grade, and/or periods or dates of said items. If you have a tax exempt number that is both valid and signed please get us a copy before the close of the auction or it will not be applied until the next auction. Remember you are responsible for the safe and timely pickup of won items. Several of the items in this auction have been customized. Please remember this when bidding. In addition, many of the stickers, or other detail pieces that have been added to make this train layout come alive may need a bit of glue/repair after shipping. In addition when the auction pictures were taken we attempted to take the photographs of various pieces in place. This was done at the request of the consignor to show how much care and love went into creating this layout. Please read descriptions carefully if more than one thing shows up in the picture IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE GETTING ALL ITEMS SHOWN. Shipping / Pick Up

Pick-up Dates: October 2nd 2023 from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm -- October 3rd 2023 from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm -- and October 7 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. We are designating three pick up days for this auction. Shipping will be available for most items in this auction. However, there are some items that will be pick-up only. Please read the descriptions to determine. If you still have questions give me a shout, 910 443 9034. We pack all items in house and combine items whenever possible to cut down on shipping costs. We utilize the following shippers: USPS, UPS, and FED EX. If one of these entities damages, and/or loses your winning items it will be your responsibility to find out what the next course of action should be. Remember you are responsible for all costs related to shipping. Please remember that packing and shipping trains, and accessories take time. Winning items will take time to process and ship. Some items depending upon the number of bidders may take up to 7 to 10 days. Please be patient. Remember you are responsible for all costs related to shipping your item. In addition, several items in this auction have been customized. Should a sticker come off or a small accessory piece come off due to age, heat, etc. you may have to touch up with a bit of glue yourself. These will not be considered damaged.
