Items Not Picked Up:
Any item not picked up on the day(s) established for removal, your credit card will automatically be charged for the invoice amount plus any applicable storage handling fees. If your credit card will not process and you refuse to honor your bid, you will be blocked from the system. This auction has strict removal dates. If you do not pick up items or make payments up to date on merchandise, you will be banned from any future auctions.
No Warranties:
All auction properties are sold in “as is, where is” condition. Seller makes no warranty as to the condition or the specific usefulness of any item sold. There are no refunds or exchanges.
TECHICAL PROBLEMS: We have made reasonable efforts to provide for online bidding for this auction. You recognize and acknowledge, however, that technical problems with hardware, software, or internet connectivity, as well as human errors, may arise and may affect, without limitation, the Ferge Auctions and Realty- HiBid website, our online bidding program and process, your or our internet service and access, and your connection to this auction’s bidding program and process. You further acknowledge that these and other technical problems may develop at any time and with or without notice. You acknowledge and agree that neither we nor the Seller is in any way responsible for any such technical problems, and that you have no absolute or other right to be able to bid on this auction in the event of any such technical problems. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you further acknowledge and agree that, in the event of any such technical problems, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the auction and/or extend the bidding time for this auction and/or relist the property for auction at another time, in our sole discretion, and that our decision with regard to any such actions is and will be final.

Winning bidders are notified by email when all items in the auction have closed. Bidders are responsible for checking their email to receive notification that they have won a lot(s). You may need to check your Junk folder on your email since you are receiving an email with an attachment.
