Sunday 9/24 8am-12pm Monday 9/25 3pm-7pm 220 E Franklin St Shelbyville, IN 46176 (we are in the office/retail location at the storage facility your gps will take you to). Please bring any boxes or packing materials you may need at pick up.
-All sales are FINAL. Everything is sold as is. (You can preview anything in the sale by appointment). -All credit cards will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. If you'd like to be a cash buyer, please send us an email directly. If you are a cash buyer and don't show up for the pick up and pay, we will run the card on file. - Firearms will be transferred through The Gun Den in Shelbyville. They charge $20 per firearm for the background check. To pick up the firearm you'll have to come to our office first to pick up a ticket. They wont release the firearm without it. -15% buyers premium plus Indiana Sales tax -Shipping will be available on anything that is marked with the shipping truck icon. if it isn't marked with this icon we don't currently stock a box big enough to ship it. We charge exact shipping cost plus a $5 handling fee per box we ship. We will try to fit multiple items in a box if possible, that way we will only charge one handling fee. You'll be expected to reach out to us, to set up shipping before our pickup window ends. Anything not arranged after that time will be considered forfeited. Refunds will not be given for forfeited merchandise. Refunds will not be issued If you purchase something that is not marked for shipping and want it shipped. We also are NOT responsible for any damage occurred during shipping. If an item is not marked available for shipping, we may be ble to still ship it for a higher handling charge. it depends on the labor cost and if we have to go purchase a box that we currently don't stock. but please ask before you bid. -shipping could take up to a week to ship -Anything not picked up during the pickup window will be considered forfeited. Refunds will not be given for forfeited merchandise. Forfeited items become the property of Settles Auction Services LLC. -Please observe the pick up windows. Please don't bid if you cant make it in the windows, without contacting us first. -Credit card charge backs are not permitted.
