We do not always have control over the items shipped to us. Some of our items are customer returns, (CR). Our staff strived to inspect each customer return and verify its condition, however, not all items can be visually inspected. We do test products for functionality when we are able to do so. We want our customers to bid with confidence. Therefore, items listed CUSTOMER RETURNS, will have a guarantee of 3 business days, against manufacture defects. Due to this being an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason and on any other items. High Valley Auctions may withdraw any item before or during the auction for any reason. When the auction concludes, the winning bidder is under contract to purchase that item. High Valley Auctions may refuse a buyer's number to anyone for any reason.
