SRS Auction Services has been commissioned by Rodney & Violet Gehrke to liquidate the contents of their small shop & equipment. Mr. Gehrke has taken great care of these items and they were being used recently until he began to have health issues. Because of these issues, the Gehrkes have decided to downsize. All items are sold as is, where is. Pick up is at 5757 FM 2879, Longview, TX 75605 for this auction and will be ONE DAY ONLY, Tuesday, September 19th, from 10am to 6pm. Because this location is 2 hours from us, we will not be able to schedule another day to pick up items won. If you cannot make it for this one day pickup requirement, then please don't bid. We will serve each customer on a first come, first serve basis. Our team will work as efficiently as possible to serve you quickly. Your patience is ALWAYS appreciated! Payment MUST be made with cash, check, or credit card on the day of pick up. We will no longer be able to hold open tickets so all payments MUST be made during the scheduled pickup day regardless if you have made previous arrangements to get your items another day. Payment by cash or check is subject to a 13% buyer’s premium and payment by credit card is subject to a 18% buyer’s premium. Shipping is available on smaller items and shipping availability should be noted on each lot, but contact us before bidding if you have a question about shipping an item. **Please note - If you place a bid/bids and do not pick up your merchandise during the designated pick up day and time or if you fail to contact us on pick up days to make alternate arrangements your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be forfeited back to the auction company.

Pick-up is ONE DAY ONLY... Tuesday, September 19th, from 10am to 6pm Shipping guidelines & charges are as follows… WE WON'T SHIP ANY SINGLE ITEM THAT WEIGHS OVER 5 POUNDS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL - If you don't get approval, the card on file will be processed and you will forfeit the item. We will NOT ship any framed artwork. A handling fee of $6.00 per lot will be added to your invoice. For each packaged box larger than 12x12x12 there will be an additional $10.00 per box fee. This fee will cover the expense of extra packing supplies and our time to package and prepare the items accordingly. We will do our best to package your item for the most protection during shipping and also for the most affordable shipping rates. The buyer is also responsible for the shipping charges. We ship mostly through USPS Priority Mail or through UPS. We are not responsible for items that are damaged in the mail.
