Please read the following terms and conditions before bidding to familiarize yourself with the auction process. *All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults".* There is a 10% buyer's premium for all items on this auction. All descriptions are believed to be accurate, but are not warranted. Country Green Auction company attempts to inspect and accurately describe all items, but bidder due diligence is required. If you are not able to inspect items during dates setup you may contact Country Green Auctioneering to schedule a time suitable. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All lots sold at auction are final. If you are the winning bidder you must pay for them. Country Green Auctioneers reserves the right to reject any and all bids at any point or to reopen bidding on any lot due to system failures or disputes. Pickup for this auction is on 09/19 & 09/20 between the hours of 9am - 6pm Once the auction has ended bidders are responsible for the items they won. Any item not picked up on the primary pickup day will need to be picked up at our Mt. Pleasant Mills location. You will have one week after the auction to pay and pickup items. If you do not pick up or fail to contact Country Green Auctioneering to make arrangements to pick up or ship we will assume you are forfeiting the items you won. In such case we will dispose of the items in a manner we deem best. If you are not able to pick up at the designated times you must make other arrangements by contacting the auction company. Country Green Auction Company is offering limited shipping on this auction. Each lot will be designated if shipping is available. You will receive an email with the total shipping charges once the items have been packaged. Failure to pay and or pickup items could result in being restricted in bidding in future auctions. We also may share non-paying bidder information with other auction companies. Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be added to the final amounts. If you are a tax exempt you must contact Country Green Auctions prior to checkout and provide appropriate documentation. Once the auction is completed an invoice will be issued to all winning bidders. Payment can be made at pick up in the form of cash or a check (for checks must be a Pennsylvania residence any returned checks will receive a $30 fee for insufficient funds). Additionally, we accept online payments via Paypal. There will be instructions on the invoice to proceed if paying by paypal. We are not setup to accept credit cards online or in person.
