Pick up for this auction will be at the site of the auction, in Bernalillo, near Santa Ana Casino. The address will be available to winning bidders, printed on your invoices. Pick-up will be by appointment only - Friday, September 22nd and Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 from 10 am to 3 pm. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BAGS, BOXES & PACKING MATERIAL Our clients will be moving to Florida and can't take everything with them. Please view photos and descriptions for condition. All lots are sold as-is with no reserves and no buy backs. Home owner owns cats and there is evidence of mice in the outside shed. Email Roadrunnerestateauctions@gmail.com with any questions. First lot will close at 6pm on Wednesday, September 20th. Each following lot will close at 10 second intervals. If a bid is placed with less than 2 minutes of the end time, 2 minutes will be added to the end time. Payment will be collected at the time of pick up 15% buyer premium when using a credit card 10% buyer premium when paying with cash Limited shipping to the 48 states for items that are available for shipping, using USPS and UPS. We will figure exact costs and will send out secondary invoices with those costs to winning bidders needing shipping. Buyer pays all shipping fees. We charge actual shipping rates - large items and large orders will not be cheap.
