PAYMENT DUE Please log in and pay for your won items after the auction ends. If payment is not made day of auction close your card on file will be charged. A Request to pay cash must be made by email before 7:00AM of the day of the pick up and is only allowed for invoices over 100.00. If Paying By Cash Please bring exact amount, Employees will not have change. If a Credit Card is not valid or does not have sufficient funds a 2.00 fee will be added to your invoice each time the card fails to process. Should your invoice be unpaid and past due, it will be sent to a collection agency and/or attorney. You will be responsible for those additional fees as well as the invoice balance. REMOVAL Pick up is BY APPOINTMENT, This will be a two day pickup starting on Friday September 29th, 2023 from 9:00AM - 6:00PM - Saturday September, 30th, 2023 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Your invoice will have the exact location and directions, please print your invoice and bring it with you to check off your items. For large re-seller lots you must take everything including trash. Do not show up before or after established pick up hours. REMOVAL ASSISTANCE Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. Bring help for large items, Tools for disassembly, Ladders, Dollies as well as Boxes and Bubble Wrap for smalls. If you need help for moving large items please contact us in advance for a referral. We can provide general moving and other mover referrals. Buyers will be responsible for any property damage caused to the property during removal of purchases. PICKUP ASSISTANCE Addicted2Auctions can pick up your small items and bring them back to our office. This is for small items only, no furniture, no bulk lots or very heavy items. We charge 10.00 for 1-4 items, 15.00 for 5-9 items, 30.00 for 10-20 items. Please email us your request with auction name and your bidder number after the auction ends but, no later than 7:00AM the morning of the pick up. Failure to request pickup service by 7:00AM on the morning of the pick up will result in Double the normal pickup fee as listed above. Picked up items are held at our office for 10 Days, after that they are disposed of with out further notice and no refunds are issued. You may choose to not pick up and forfeit your items if do not wish to pay the pickup service fees, please also email us at least 2 hours prior to the pickup to forfeit your items so fees will not be added to your invoice. No refunds will be issued for any lots forfeited. SHIPPING If you require shipping please email us after the auction ends. We will pick your items up on Pick Up Day, then calculate shipping and any packaging costs plus a 5.00 fee and invoice you for payment. Once the shipping invoice is paid we will ship your items out. Due to the wide range of items we sell we do not estimate shipping on each item in advance. Buyer's Premium: There is a 12% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction. DISCLAIMERS Please inspect items on site before removal for description discrepancies and let a staff member at the pick-up know of any problems immediately. Damaged items not disclosed in description MUST be brought to our attention on site. If an electronic or mechanical item over 10.00 should fail to work we will refund you as long as it is brought to our attention within 3 days and the item is returned. We will also issue refunds within 3 days for items we agree were not properly described. For example Good condition but condition is poor. Works but does not. Gold but is gold plated. Reproduction item indicated as authentic. No refunds for items in combo or bulk lots. All other items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Please bid accordingly.
