Terms and Conditions - Online Auction Sale Eligibility and Understanding: Prior to registration, bidders must be of legal age and must carefully read and comprehend the terms and conditions of the Online Auction Sale. Bidder Information and Credit Card: All bidders are required to complete the bidder information form and furnish valid credit card details to Moe's Auctioneering Service. Our system will authorize the credit card, but charges will only be applied if the bidder becomes a successful bidder. Auction Extension: In the event that a bid is placed within the final minute of the auction for an item, the bidding time for that item will be extended by an additional three minutes. Item Descriptions and Previews: Moe's Auctioneering Service strives to provide accurate images of items. In cases where an item is knowingly damaged or flawed, we will make efforts to describe these imperfections. Although all descriptions are believed to be accurate, they are not guaranteed. No sale will be invalidated due to any defects or inaccuracies in the catalog. Catalogs are intended solely as guides or references. Measurements for pictures, prints, and paintings will pertain to the external dimensions of the frames. Preview times will be scheduled for viewing each auction. Buyer's Premium and Charges: A 15% buyer's premium (for administration costs) will be added to the final price of all items, followed by the application of a 15% HST. It is mandatory for purchased items to be picked up and removed on the designated pickup date and time. Failure to comply may result in a daily fee of $15.00 for unremoved lots, unless prior arrangements have been made with Moe's before the auction. Unpicked items without arrangements will be either destroyed or resold. Refunds will not be issued. Pickup Responsibility: Buyers must provide their own assistance, tools, and packaging materials for packing and boxing items. Items remaining beyond the designated pickup time will be removed at the new owner's cost and charged to the credit card. Liability Disclaimer: Moe's Auctioneering Service Inc. and its employees shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or accidents occurring on auction premises. No claims can be made against the Auctioneer, their agents, employees, or principals for any injuries sustained or property loss or damage resulting from any cause. System Failures: For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the event of system failures. Winning Determination: If you are new to this auction site, you might encounter a notice stating "MAY HAVE WON" for the items you bid on. However, at Moe's Auction House, there are no uncertainties.
