REVIEWING YOUR BIDS: During an auction you can check the status of your bids at anytime. Note that no bids can be withdrawn after the auction closes for any reason. BIDDING NOTIFICATIONS: You can choose to be notified by e-mail during the auction if you have been outbid. Since we are a Canadian only Auction for Canadian bidders, from time to time some bidders from other countries try to register and bid on items, most times we catch it. Sometimes we catch it after a winning bid, we delete and ban the bidder and pass the last bid of that item on to the next bidder. All bidders/buyers must be of legal age. RESERVE: If an item is being sold with a reserve, it will be clearly marked and identified. For items sold with a 'reserve', you will be required to pay a minimum amount in order to win the item. SOFT CLOSE: Items close at regular intervals. To prevent a bidder from 'sniping', all bids made in the last minute of the auction will force an item to stay open for an additional 4 minutes. This will continue until all bidding has ceased. STRATEGY: Bidding is similar to eBay type auctions. We recommend that ALL BIDDERS put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. This does not mean you will have to pay the amount you bid; you only pay one bid more than the next highest bid, and only up to your maximum bid. The software system will play out the bids as you would at a live auction and only uses the funds required to beat out the under-bidder at the prescribed bid increment. CATALOGUE ERRORS & OMISSIONS: If a description does not match a picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. All items are sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. RETURNS: All goods shall be considered in " AS IS " Condition All other Items listed as other than AS IS condition may carry a 2-day return policy from the point of pickup or drop off points Returns are accepted when the item/lot is not as described (defective, missing parts, incomplete or not authentic) AND the item is returned to us within that 2 day period in the original unused sold condition and with all of the packaging's it was sold with. Returns will not be considered for items missing packaging ,having minor cosmetic defects, or any Items in " As Is Condition" due to the nature of our business. We do our due diligence in inspecting the merchandise. We take videos and pictures to prove items work. It is at Next2New4U Inc sole discretion to approve a return. Customers will be required to ship the item back at their cost, when the item is in our possession we will inspect and test the item, and compare the video, pictures  and serial numbers we have on file before the item was shipped. In the interest of making the return process an efficient one, we ask that you have as much evidence, photo or video, available to accompany your return so that we may use this as a reference during the process. Next2New4U Inc. will require the customer to leave the item with us for a undisclosed period of time to test the item to verify the issue that is cause for return.
