By attending and/or participating in this auction, you have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any additional or modified terms or conditions announced by the auctioneer. Please note a 13% Buyers Premium is in effect with a 3% Cash discount off BP. Identification/ Registration - Bidders must be 18 years of age. All bidders are required to have a bidder's number provided by Webb Auction Company. Addition to or Withdrawal from Sale -Webb Auction reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the goods listed or to sell at this auction goods not listed, the right to group multiple lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide lots into two or more selling lots and to sell any or all of the goods listed in bulk. Condition of Goods - All goods are sold as is, where is, without express or implied warranties and without recourse against Webb Auction or the seller. There is no guarantee, warranty or representation, expressed or implied, as to quality, kind, character, quantity, weight, size, description or fitness for any use or purpose of any sale goods. Reserve - The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller or on his own behalf. Disputes Between Bidders - If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may render a decision or may immediately put the lot up for sale again and resell to the highest bidder. The decision of the auctioneer shall be final and absolute. Compliance with Terms of Sale - In default of payment of purchase price in full within the time specified, Webb Auction may retain all monies received as liquidated damages in addition to all other remedies allowed by law. No claims will be allowed. Goods not paid for or removed within the time specified may be resold at public or private sale without further notice and any deficiency, together with all expenses and charges of resale, will be charged to the defaulting purchaser. Removal - All items shall be removed immediately following payment and end of sale during schedule pick up times. Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the purchaser. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless both consignor Webb Auction against any damage caused by acts of the purchaser and/or his agents. Webb Auction is not responsible for goods not removed within the time specified, and shall have the option of removing and storing any goods not removed at the expense and risk of the purchaser. Personal and Property Risk - Persons attending during preview, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of injury or loss to person and property and specifically release Webb Auction from liability therefore. Neither Webb Auction nor its principals shall be liable by reason of any defect or condition on which the sale is held. All Items sold as is, where is $10.00 a day storage fee to be charged after pick up time. $10.00 per box handling fee is charged for shipping. Buyer is also repsonsible fro shipping. Credit cards on file will be billied for charges if Item is not picked up by the end of scheduled pick up time. Please note this is a staggered soft close auction. This means that lots will close one item at a time starting at scheduled close time. If a bid is placed with minutes before close this items close time will be extended out a designated lenth of time (ususally one minute - could vary depending on auction)
