"Bidding on an item or registering for this auction indicates your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions" "Your bidding will signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire, or that you have chosen not to examine them" This auction will be posted on-line for prebidding, up until the day of the auction, at which time the online bidders will be bidding live at the same time as the in-house bidders. Be sure if you are on-line bidding to get your bids in early as the bidding may close early on you if your internet is lagging. We will do our best to insure that all bidders are given fair amount of time to get their bids in, but please do not wait until the last second and expect to be the high bidder as we may miss your bid and announce sold before we receive your bid. All furniture and accessories are brand new, and most are fully assembled and in the original shipping boxes. Alden Parkes furniture is not lightweight and may weigh up to a 200 pounds for a simple dresser, so keep that in mind when planning on picking up, this is high quality, solid wood furniture, not presswood junk like you find everywhere else. All is made of the highest quality standards and each piece will have the best description that we could fit into the listing, describing the finish and type of wood if known, but feel free to go to aldenparkes.com for more details on each piece, or contact Alden Parkes directly with any questions as to the manufacturing specifications. Some of the furniture will be pictured, but the item you are bidding on will be in a a different finish than shown in the original picture, and the finish that you will be receiving will be in the second picture. Unfortunately this was the only way we had to do this, so please use your imagination and picture the item in the finish provided in the second picture. We will notify you of this at the live bidding when this is the case. Preview will be Friday September 22nd from 11am to 4pm. Again, most items will be in the boxes, but there will be samples out for examination. We do suggest that you inspect any item before bidding as we cannot be held responsible for any item that you bid on and are not happy with it because you did not notice something about it in the pictures on the internet—we highly suggest inspecting in person. All items are sold as-is, with no guarantees, and no returns will be accepted whatsoever. All winnings will need to be payed for at the close of the auction day. Cash, wire transfer, or Certified checks only, no credit cards accepted. Due to the quantity of the lots in the auction, and the location of the won lots located throughout various locations in the warehouse, pickup will need to be scheduled with an Alden Parkes representative that will be on site at the end of the auction.
