It is the buyer's responsibility to understand all the terms and conditions prior to submitting any/all bids. If you are unable to meet these guidelines, please do not place bids. There will be no refunds as all sales are final. All items are sold 'AS IS - WHERE IS' with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied. We describe each item as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantees from the seller or DoubleAAuction, LLC. All photos and item descriptions are for a guideline of the item only. By bidding on an item you have agreed to accept that item in its present condition. In person item preview by appointment only. Bidding within the last 3 minutes before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional 3 minutes. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second in order to prevent others from bidding more. Be sure to note the "time remaining" on EACH lot. You may need to refresh your screen. When you bid your max, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max bid in the increments specified. If 2 people bid the same max bid on the same item, the 1st person to place the bid will be the winning bidder. After you place a bid and the system accepts that bid, it cannot be retracted. No items will be released until payment in full is made. Item pickup, removal and/or transportation of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the buyer. Neither the seller nor DoubleAAuction, LLC are responsible in case of accidents on the premises. Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future auctions conducted by DoubleAAuction, LLC. DoubleAAuction, LLC reserves the right to reject any bid or cancel the auction at our sole discretion. DoubleAAuction, is acting solely as an agent for the seller. By accepting the terms and conditions, you agree to receiving notifications (written, email, phone) from DoubleAAuction, LLC. Payment: At the conclusion of the auction your credit card you used to register will be charged. If you are the successful bidder on any item(s) you will receive an invoice in the email that you used to register. Shipping/pickup: All pickup times and a general pickup location will be stated before bidding begins. The exact pickup location and pickup times will be stated on the invoice. At pickup it is very helpful to bring a copy of your invoice. You will need to bring boxes & packing material for pickup as there will not be any available at the site. Also bring any tools necessary for disassembly. Please bring your own help to load larger items as additional help will not be available. If you are unable to make the pickup, send a friend! DoubleAAuction, LLC will gladly ship your items except for large/heavy/breakable items. We charge shipping & material costs plus $5 handling fee for each box. If you buy multiple lots we will work to combine handling fees when applicable. Your credit card will be charged for your items, then charged again on the day the item ships. DoubleAAuction, LLC will insure packages but does not guarantee you will receive an insurance payment, and is not responsible for any damage of item or delay incurred during transit. Tracking information will be sent via email. DoubleAAuction, LLC will not ship items marked no shipping. Any questions contact us. Any item not picked up at the checkout date and time provided will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all rights, title and interest to the property, including all monies from the buyer.
