This is an online only auction that will start on Sept. 4th and end on Sept. 20th at 6PM PDT. Many items in this auction are local pickup only. Please read the description on items to make sure if something you are interested in can be shipped. **We will have a preview of all items at our auction barn on Friday, Sept. 15 & 16 from 10:00AM until 2:00PM** If you are not able to attend, please call the auctioneer to see if he can set up a preview for you. If you have a question about an item, please call us before you bid. We try to disclose all important issues, but we miss things and want you to be 100% confident in what you are bidding on. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING. 1. All Sales are by lot number listed in the catalog. If the quantity listed for a lot number is greater than 1, then the amount bid shall be multiplied by the quantity listed to determine the total bid price. No lots will be split or broken.. 3. Online bidders will pay with Visa or Mastercard only. All sales are final at the fall of the auctioneers gavel or the close of the timed auction. We retain title to all property until we have received payment in full. Bidders must contact us with credit cardsinfo within 24 hours after the sale has ended. 4. In addtion to the total bid price, buyer shall pay a 13% buyers premium, all sales taxes, shipping, and transfer fees. 5. ALL PROPERTY IS OFFERED FOR SALE " AS-IS". WE DO NOT WARRANT THE FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR CONDITION OF ANY PROPERTY OFFERED FOR SALE. ALL EXPRESSIONS OF GRADE, CONDITION AND AUTHENTICITY ARE ONLY OUR OPINIONS, AND NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTY IS MADE. 6. ALL FIREARMS are sold as-is. We make no warranty as to the condition or fitness for use. This is a transaction between you and the seller. All statements regarding the usability of the firearms are the opinion of the seller. Firearms will be shipped by our licensed FFL to a FFL in your area. If you are not able to pass a background check, please do not bid on the gun. 7. In the event a dispute arises, related in any manner to the auction or the property, buyer agrees with us to submit the dispute to final and binding arbitration in Union County, Oregon. No party shall be entitled to attorney's fees or costs. Our liability shall be limited to the total of the bid price, buyers premium, sales or use taxes and, if applicable, license or transfer fees. 8. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING, PACKING, AND INSURANCE COSTS. We will ship small items, jewelry, coins, and light lots. All large lots and larger items will go to a local packing and shipping store and the buyer will arrange to pay all costs. WE DO NOT SHIP ANY FURNITURE ITEMS. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY.

Clark & Daughter Auctions will process your payment after the close of the auction. You will receive an invoice via email and you will need to contact us with your payment information. **HiBid does not charge you for payment on items purchased at this auction! You must pay us directly.**
We will be available for you to pick up your items on Saturday Sept. 23, Monday Sept. 25th and Tuesday Sept. 26th from 10:00AM through 3PM. Please contact us if you need to pick up outside these dates and times. If you need shipping, please contact us. We charge a $5.00 fee to cover time and shipping materials. We try to get you the best possible shipping cost. Please note that not all items can be shipped. Due to insane shipping costs, large and heavy items must be picked up at our auction barn in Union, OR.
