Terms of Sale All items to be sold to the highest bidder. Foundation Realty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. All items are sold as is where is with absolutely NO warranties or guarantees and with all faults. These items are NOT functionally tested. All item descriptions are believed but NOT guaranteed and may vary. Buyers are responsible for their items as soon as they arrive on the premises where pickup occurs. You are responsible for moving and loading all of your own items. Shipping is NOT available. If you are bidding you must be available on pickup days to retrieve your items. Any items not picked up on pickup days will be forfeited with the expectation of full payment and absolutely no refunds. There will be aboslutely no exceptions to forfeiture of won items. The seller and or Morgan Riat Auctions & Foundation Realty along with its affiliates are not responsible for any damages, accidents, or injuries which may occur as a result of this auction or the pickup of items won. Buyer understands they will be held responsible for any damage that takes place as a result of them removing their items wether this be a careless act or an accident. There will be a 4.00% surecharge for all transactions using card. Any and all returned checks will result in a $50.00 service fee as well as a permanent ban from any auctions conducted by Morgan Riat Auctions or Foundation Realty.
