Buyer's Premium: Bidders acknowledge and agree to an 18% Buyers Premium, which will be added to all winning bids. The winning bidder is responsible for paying the Buyers Premium as part of the total cost. Sales Tax: All sales are subject to a 6% PA Sales Tax unless the auction company has a valid Tax Exemption Form on file for the bidder. Bidders who have a Tax Exemption Cert MUST FILL OUT A PA SALE TAX EXEMPT FORM . Payment and Invoicing: All items must be paid in full on the day after the auction or at pick up. Failure to make payment may result in the auction company voiding any unpaid invoices and banning the bidder from future auctions. Payments will be processed directly through HiBid unless otherwise specified. All Sales Final: Once an item is sold, all sales are final. Lots may not be returned or refunded for any reason. The auction company assumes no responsibility for any items once they have been sold. Item Pickup and Shipping: All items must be picked up during the specified pickup time. Bidders should make an appointment at www.asauction.co for pickup or make shipping arrangements with a third-party shipping company. The cost associated with pick up, packing, shipping, and insurance does not reflect the item's purchase price. The auction company strives to be price-conscious and provides the same level of care to auction customers as if they were present in person. If the shipping cost exceeds expectations, the items can be returned to the auction company at no charge. Bidders should communicate their decision regarding shipping after the auction's completion. Failure to remove items during the specified times or arrange shipping will result in the forfeiture of the item(s). The buyer will still be charged the full amount. Important Shipping Information: Due to increased package volume from e-commerce, the processing time for auction shipping is approximately 7-10 days, and shipping costs may be higher than a few months ago. Please consider this when planning to have items shipped to you. The auction company provides the following disclaimer: If the purchaser refuses to pay the shipping expense and the item(s) are returned to the auction company, the auction company will not refund the expense of the item(s). Buyers forfeit the said items, with no dispute to the amount they agreed to bid (the purchase price). It is the responsibility of each bidder to request a shipping quote before bidding and be satisfied with the shipping expense.
