This is a WEBCAST is auction for buyers that will not be able to attend the live auction. The webcast portion of the auction will begin at 12:00pm September 23rd. There is a live auction only inventory that will not be included in the online bidding so if you can make the live auction you won't be dissappointed. 13% Buyers premium on all items $10,000.00 and under. 8% Buyers premium on all items $10,001.00 and over. Local taxes apply unless exemption documentation is presented and applicable. All items paid in full day of auction unless special arrangements have been made. Payment options are cash or credit card unless you have purchased from Garrett Auctions in the past. If you wish to pay by check you will need to reach out to Trey at 580 369 8689 and provide bank information to do so. Garrett Auctions staff can assist in loading purchased equipment. Buyer assumes all risk associated with load out. Firearm buyers must be able to pass background check. Due to federal law all background checks will have to be done at our licensed premisis 2027 Junction Hwy, Kerrville Tx 78028. Buyers must have all purchased items off of the premisis by Friday 09/29/2023 by 3:00pm. Please contact Trey if you would like to request special arrangements for pick up. 580-369-8689 All Customer pick up for firearms will be conducted Monday 10/02/23 between the hours of 9:00am and 12:00pm. There will be no charge for transfering firearms on Monday. If special arrangements need to be made to pick up firearms charges for transfer will apply not to acceed $35.00.00 for the transfer. We can ship firearms to your FFL if you would like. There will be shipping and handling fees applied. Any items purchased and not removed from the auction location by 09/29/23 at 3:00pm will be forfeited and resold.
